I3 Contracting was founded with a vision to deliver high-quality general contracting and construction services to the residential and commercial real state sector, with focus on strata corporations, all at fair and competitive pricing. Our roots trace back to an esteemed engineering firm specializing in building science, envelope, geotechnical, and structural design.
The journey began when two of our founding engineers, passionate about their craft, saw an opportunity to extend their expertise beyond consulting. They approached their mentor and boss with a proposal to take on smaller projects in building envelope and construction, aiming to build a future where their technical knowledge could meet hands-on execution. Recognizing their potential and drive, their mentor not only supported the initiative but also became a partner in the business.
